My name is He Jinchang. People also call me He Jindao. I was born in 1960s in a family of scholars who lived a poor and simple life. After being a government official for 9 years, I traveled to Shenzhen to start my own business from the very beginning. I survived and earned my first gold. One year later, I moved to Guangzhou and set up Chang Feng Shoes Manufacture Co., Ltd. Running a manufacturing factory is really a hard job. It requires life-long hard work, or you will definitely fail. So I asked for perfection and break-through in every aspect, and then, by going one step further, I strived for wisdom, power and ethic perfection. And meanwhile, I formed my own Corporate Culture and Theory of Being Success. Later I changed my name from Jinchang to Jindao (Dao in Chinese means axiom), in the hope that I can put axiom in the first place and think of the right things to do before making money.
